The DCC5000 die-casting unit is used in the production of new energy vehicle battery shells in the company, demonstrating the advantages of intelligence, efficiency, stability, and environmental protection and energy conservation. The company's new products can be smoothly produced and can continue to develop new generation electric vehicle batteries, providing more efficient energy supply for new energy vehicles. The innovative features of DCC5000 include energy-saving servo system and intelligent control system, which can save cooling water and electricity consumption by over 50%, and can control the production process in real-time, providing remote monitoring.
